Rachel Anderson-Evans (Head Coach/Owner) is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach who is passionate about getting our community moving safely for health, well-being & longevity. Rachel is an ex high school PE teacher who has close to 9 years CrossFit experience along with starting her own FarmFit community. Wanting the best for our members, she is relentless on movement standards but does so with a smile & a laugh!
Tash Hamilton
Tash Hamilton is a Level One CrossFit Coach who has over nine years CrossFit experience. She is also a LII Lydiard Foundation qualified run coach who has a passion for seeing people of all ages thriving through movement and exercise. Tash is an experienced ultra marathon and trail runner with an eye for detail who cares deeply about our members and their progress.
